Synergy Fitness Studios’ Personal Trainers (PTs) are specialists in the areas of fat loss, sports performance, injury prevention, human movement and principles of training for FAST, FUNCTIONAL results.

All of our trainers are excited and inspired by their work and have a natural passion for helping their clients discover the best of their performance and potential. Constantly training and working to improve their knowledge in the areas that are most important to you, our PTs will take as much time as required to listen and most importantly understand where it is you want to be regarding your heath and fitness.

One on one training sessions are uniquely tailored specifically around you, whether you aim to be FITTER, STRONGER, LEANER or just feel more ENERGISED.
